Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 kg smoked pork and 1 kg frozen rösti
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 75 ml milk
- 200 g cheese (grated Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the smoked pork at 200°C, let it cool, and slice it. Then arrange the pieces in a roasting pan in a flaky pattern. Thaw the rösti and mix with the other ingredients. Spread the resulting mixture over the meat and bake at 200°C (cooking time approx. 30-45 minutes). Serve with baguette and salad. This also works with raw smoked pork.
