Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 400 g flour (type 1050)
  • 1 bag(s) of yeast
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 sausages (Wiener)
  • Flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For a loaf pan (26-28 cm long)

Wash and peel the vegetables. Then coarsely grate and squeeze dry liquid. Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and curry powder. Whisk the eggs and rapeseed oil, gently heat in the microwave until lukewarm, and knead into the flour mixture along with the vegetables. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour in half of the dough, press the sausages lengthwise into the dough, and cover with the remaining dough. Bake in the oven (middle rack) for about 50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil after 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely, transport in the pan, and serve sliced.
