Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thin schnitzels
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked, lean
- 4 slice(s) pineapple from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper. Brown them in butter on both sides and place them in a baking dish. Place the ham slices and pineapple rings on top, then top with the cheese. Bake everything in the oven for 15 minutes.
