Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cl whiskey
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp pepper
- Salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the butter, then sauté the tomato paste and flour, stirring constantly with a whisk. Deglaze with whiskey (2-4 cl, depending on how strong you want the flavor) and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat. Add the cream and pepper, and season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
