Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bagels
- e.g. cream cheese
- 100 g smoked salmon
- n. B. Onion(s), cut into thin rings
- some dill, fresh and chopped
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 2 tbsp mustard (honey mustard)
- 1 ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 40 ml rapeseed oil
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
surprisingly delicious
Mix the gravy sauce with chopped dill, honey, mustard, vinegar, juice, oil, and pepper. Chill the sauce. Cut the bagels in half and spread a thick layer of cream cheese. Top with smoked salmon and onion rings. Drizzle with a little gravy sauce and serve.
