Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels
- 5 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 5 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- n. B. Oil
- 3 lemons, untreated
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
makes 30 pieces
Cut each schnitzel into thirds and flatten slightly. Season the meat. Mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Coat the schnitzel first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Press the breading onto the schnitzel. Fry in hot oil in batches for 2-3 minutes per side. Garnish with lemon slices. Delicious hot or cold.
