Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1,000 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • salt and pepper

Drain the mushrooms thoroughly. Cut the bell peppers into small, bite-sized pieces. Brown the ground beef in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables. Then add the passata and mix well. Bring to a boil briefly, then simmer on low heat for about 35-45 minutes. Serve with pasta.
