House-style minced meat roll

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 4 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 2 packs of feta cheese, diced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 jar bell pepper(s), roasted, pickled, diced
  • 2 packs of Brunch Paprika Pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the onions in a little oil. Then fry the minced meat in a pan and season well with salt and pepper. Drain the meat juices and set the minced meat aside to cool slightly. Unroll one of the puff pastry rolls, make it a little larger, and spread with half a cup of Brunch. Spread 1/4 of the minced meat, bell peppers, and feta cheese on each roll. Roll everything up and gently press the ends together. Repeat with the remaining puff pastry sheets. Place the minced meat rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush the surface with egg yolk. Bake at 200°C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
