Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g currants, red
  • 400 g currants, black
  • 500 g sour cherries
  • 400 g raspberries
  • 750 g gelling sugar, Extra 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the currants, drain well, and remove the stalks with a fork. Wash the sour cherries, drain well, pit, and sort the raspberries. Combine all the cherries (total weight 1500g) and extra gelling sugar in a large pot. Let the juice draw for 1 hour. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 3 minutes. Immediately fill the jam to the brim in hot, rinsed jars and seal. Turn the jars upside down for 20 minutes.
