Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml beef broth or chicken broth
- 3 tbsp, heaped tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp curry
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- e.g. Worcestershire sauce
- Sea salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For pork steaks, chicken wings and spare ribs
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce slightly if necessary; the marinade should be thick. Let cool. Add the meat and let it marinate (at least 2 hours, but overnight is also fine).
