Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 bags of vanilla pudding powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g sweet cream butter
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g coconut flakes
  • 300 g biscuits, ground
  • 300 g walnuts, ground
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream (200 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

For a 24cm springform pan. Mix the pudding mix with sugar and a little milk, bring to a boil in 1 liter of milk, and then let it cool. Combine the sweet butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixer. Add the cold pudding and mix everything with the mixer until creamy. Divide the cream between 3 bowls. Stir the ground biscuits into the first, the walnuts into the second, and the coconut flakes into the third. Spread the biscuit cream into a cake pan, then the coconut cream and finally the walnut cream. Decorate with whipped cream as desired.
