Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g roast pork, cooked
- 2 small carrots, finely diced, approx. 100 g
- 1 large onion(s), cut into thin rings, approx. 150 g
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some oil for frying
- ½ bunch parsley, washed, finely chopped

a delicious and quick recipe from the leftover kitchen,
Fry the carrots and onion rings in a little fat, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to brown. Season to taste and stir in the sliced meat. Cover the pan and heat the meat strips gently. Season again if necessary and stir in the chopped parsley before serving. Serve with fried potatoes, rice, or a warm bread roll.
