Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 ml natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
- 2 tbsp rum
- 250 g plums, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat butter, sifted sugar, vanilla sugar, and rum until fluffy. Add egg yolks one at a time. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder, then stir into the egg yolk mixture alternately with the cinnamon yogurt (1 tbsp granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and mix into the natural yogurt). Fold in the egg whites. Finally, coat the diced plums in flour and mix into the batter. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 50-60 minutes. Bake with a fan oven at 170°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes. Let cool slightly and turn out. Brush with white chocolate glaze and decorate with plum slices.
