Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg grapes, of your choice
  • 2 packs of gelling sugar, 2:1

Thoroughly wash the grapes and stems, remove the stems, and place them in a large pot. Heat. Simmer the grapes for about 20-30 minutes, stirring frequently. A lot of grape juice will release. Then, using a wooden spoon, press the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Process the collected juice according to the instructions on the gelling sugar package. Pour the jam into screw-top jars rinsed with hot water, close the lids, and let the jars cool upside down (with the lids).
