Strawberry jam with tonka beans

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 pack of citric acid
  • 1 tsp, levelled tonka bean(s), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Puree the strawberries in the Thermomix. Add the gelling sugar and citric acid. Boil gently for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the grated tonka bean and stir. Pour into clean jars and let stand upside down for a while.
