Speculoos jam made from blackberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 kg blackberries
  • 1.6 kg gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 8 cl Amaretto
  • 10 g spice mix (speculoos spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

makes about 8 glasses

Wash the blackberries and cook them with the gelling sugar according to the gelling sugar’s instructions. Finally, add the Amaretto and about 10 g of speculatius spice. You can add more, of course, depending on your taste. Pour into boiled jars, seal, and let stand upside down for 5 minutes. Then turn over and label.
