Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g raspberries
  • 700 g melon(s) (watermelon, flesh without seeds)
  • 10 g citric acid
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 5 tbsp vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sort the raspberries, puree them, and pass them through a sieve. Puree the melon pulp and pass it through a sieve as well. Combine the melon and raspberry puree, citric acid, and gelling sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vodka. Immediately pour into hot, rinsed jars, seal, and set upside down on a kitchen towel for 5 minutes.
