Chicken Wings with Turmeric and Honey

- Chicken wings
- Rice
- 2 middle Vegetable onions
- Turmeric
- Honey
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Red wine
- 2 drops Pomegranate concentrate
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 Pinches Stock cube
- Wash the wings, pat dry and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and honey (only the top has honey).
- Sauté with a little sesame oil and turn several times. Let fry a little at a lower temperature or briefly put a lid on.
- As soon as the wings are through, take them out and keep them warm in the oven.
- Sweat some butter and the onions in the stock. Deglaze with red wine and let it boil and add some water later.
- Season the sauce with the spices and thicken with roux (mix flour with cold water).
- There was rice cooked in little bouillon cubes and turmeric.
- The Brazilian pepper is fruity and hot. There was a nice light spiciness in the sauce!
