Chicken Wings with Turmeric and Honey

  • Chicken wings
  • Rice
  • 2 middle Vegetable onions
  • Turmeric
  • Honey
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Red wine
  • 2 drops Pomegranate concentrate
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Pinches Stock cube
  1. Wash the wings, pat dry and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and honey (only the top has honey).
  2. Sauté with a little sesame oil and turn several times. Let fry a little at a lower temperature or briefly put a lid on.
  3. As soon as the wings are through, take them out and keep them warm in the oven.
  4. Sweat some butter and the onions in the stock. Deglaze with red wine and let it boil and add some water later.
  5. Season the sauce with the spices and thicken with roux (mix flour with cold water).
  6. There was rice cooked in little bouillon cubes and turmeric.
  7. The Brazilian pepper is fruity and hot. There was a nice light spiciness in the sauce!
