Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can beans, white, large
  • 2 small bell peppers, red and green
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp oregano, shredded
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Drain and rinse the beans. Clean the peppers and slice them into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut them into thin slices or cubes. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the marinade from the listed ingredients and add salt or pepper to taste. Add the marinade to the vegetables and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
