Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g leaf spinach, without the coarse stems
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 large banana(s)
- 500 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- possibly agave syrup, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the spinach, drain well, and cut into strips. Blend it in a blender with the peeled and pitted avocado, banana flesh, and almond milk until smooth. Sweeten with agave syrup to taste.
