Green smoothie with spinach, avocado and banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g leaf spinach, without the coarse stems
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 500 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • possibly agave syrup, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the spinach, drain well, and cut into strips. Blend it in a blender with the peeled and pitted avocado, banana flesh, and almond milk until smooth. Sweeten with agave syrup to taste.
