Ham pasta gluten-free and dairy-free

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g fusilli, gluten-free, uncooked
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pack of rice cream (rice cream cuisine)
  • 2 slices cooked ham, diced
  • 50 g cheese substitute, vegan, grated
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Suitable for everyone who has to avoid not only gluten but also milk and eggs.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions (we always cook ours for 15 minutes, as my daughter likes it best that way). Peel the onion and dice it. Sauté the diced onion in a non-stick pan with a little sunflower oil, add the ham and cooked pasta, and bring to a boil with the rice cream. Stir in the cheese over medium heat. Once the cheese has melted, season with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve sprinkled with the chives. This is one of my daughter’s favorite meals, although she has to avoid many foods due to food intolerances.
