Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg yolks, very fresh
  • 200 g powdered sugar, finely sieved
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 200 ml condensed milk, 10% fat
  • 125 ml rum, 54% alcohol or Prima Sprit
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice, speculatius spice or cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Makes approx. 500 – 700 ml

Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar and salt using a hand mixer for about 10 minutes until thick and creamy. Add condensed milk, alcohol, and a pinch of your chosen spice and stir thoroughly. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Pour into bottles rinsed with boiling water and store in the refrigerator. Common sense tells you: It won’t keep forever, but the high alcohol content should ensure enjoyment.
