- 150 g leaf spinach
- 3 apples
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp ginger, dried or fresh
- 1 tbsp anise
- 1 tbsp mint, dried or fresh
- 1 liter of mineral water or tap water

Fresh and spicy-sweet
Chop the apples, peeled, and place them in a bowl. Add the spinach and puree both ingredients with a hand blender. Chop the banana, add it, and puree. Then mix in the ginger, anise, and mint. Finally, gradually add water and blend everything thoroughly with a hand blender. This recipe is perfect for using overripe apples or bananas. This will make them look less attractive, but will give them an even more intense flavor. The smoothie can, of course, also be made in a blender.
