Blood orange and fennel smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 blood oranges
  • ½ fennel bulb(s)
  • 1 ginger, approx. 2 cm
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Juice the blood oranges, reserving the flesh. Remove the stem and outer leaves from the fennel and slice them. Peel the ginger and use it in the smoothie after mashing. Now add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, and pour into glasses.
