Green Smoothie "Supergreen"

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce and rocket, mixed
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped brown millet, ground
  • 800 ml water
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 tsp argan oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, with brown millet, lamb’s lettuce, rocket salad, apple, pear, avocado

Wash the lettuce and add it to the blender. Cut the apples and pear into 4 pieces each and add them to the blender (you can, of course, cut out the core, but it’s not necessary). Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Add it to the blender. Finally, add the brown millet, water, and argan oil and blend everything on high for 2-3 minutes.
