Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- ⅛ liter of water
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 20 g cocoa powder

very simple & delicious, with few ingredients
Sift the sugar and beat with the eggs until frothy. Stir in the oil and water alternately, then carefully fold in the sifted flour and baking powder. Pour two-thirds of the batter into a baking dish, mix the remaining third with 20g of cocoa powder, and pour over the light-colored batter. Marble with a fork. Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes. Cover with chocolate or garnish with powdered sugar, if desired.
