Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp, heaped thyme, dried, if using fresh thyme double the amount
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Pepper, from the mill as desired or chili flakes
  • 1 pack of mild sheep’s cheese
  • 2 packs of breakfast bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the minced meat with all the ingredients and seasonings and season to taste. Embed the feta cheese pieces into the minced meat, forming a roll about 6-7 cm long and about 4 cm in diameter. Wrap with bacon. Grill until the rolls are cooked through.
