Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, half and half
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tsp, heaped thyme, dried, if using fresh thyme double the amount
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Pepper, from the mill as desired or chili flakes
- 1 pack of mild sheep’s cheese
- 2 packs of breakfast bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the minced meat with all the ingredients and seasonings and season to taste. Embed the feta cheese pieces into the minced meat, forming a roll about 6-7 cm long and about 4 cm in diameter. Wrap with bacon. Grill until the rolls are cooked through.
