Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 150 g yogurt
  • Salt
  • White pepper, freshly ground
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel the flesh. Immediately sprinkle the flesh with lemon juice. Crush the garlic cloves and blend them with the avocado flesh and yogurt. Season to taste with salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and white pepper. This dip goes well with vegetables, potatoes, and meat, making it ideal for barbecues, raclette, fondue, or on a hot stone. This recipe makes enough for 12 small servings.
