Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sesame seeds
- 3 onions, diced
- 125 ml sesame oil
- 2 tsp marjoram
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Vegan spread
Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly. Once cooled, add them to a blender and grind finely. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in the pan and sauté the onion. Add the spices to the remaining oil. Mix everything together and season to taste.
