Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 3 tbsp, leveled olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely mash the feta with a fork. Mix the feta, quark, sour cream, olive oil, and crushed garlic with pepper and salt. Let it sit overnight, ideally. It tastes great on a barbecue, but also with raclette.
