Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml low-fat milk
- 80 g semolina
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- some cinnamon
- 250 g low-fat yogurt
- some lemon juice
- 2 egg whites
- 500 g peach(s)
- 200 ml orange juice
- some sweetener

Make a porridge from the milk, semolina, sugar, and vanilla sugar and flavor with cinnamon. Then stir in the yogurt and lemon juice. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cooled porridge. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Pour boiling water over the peaches, peel them (or use canned peaches), chop them, sauté them briefly with the orange juice, purée, and sweeten with sweetener. Serve with the casserole.
