Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the zucchini into very fine sticks or coarsely grate it, season with salt, stir, and let stand for 15 minutes. Deseed and dice the tomato and finely chop or press the garlic. Place both in a bowl. Squeeze the zucchini dry and add it to the bowl while it’s as dry as possible. Mix everything with the basil and olive oil and season the salad with pepper.
