Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 6 spring onions
  • 100 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • butter
  • 1 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with meat filling

Mix flour, eggs, salt, milk, and water to form a smooth, runny batter. Melt a little butter in a pan and add about 3 tablespoons of batter. Quickly swirl the pan so the batter is spread evenly and thinly over the base. Turn over with a spatula and let the other side turn golden brown. For the meat filling, clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Fry them with the minced meat. Add tomato paste, water, and oregano, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pile the filling in portions onto one side of each crepe and roll up. Serve hot.
