Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk, low-fat
  • 4 tbsp semolina (wheat semolina)
  • 225 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 tbsp mineral water
  • Vanilla flavor, a few drops
  • Sweetener, a few drops of liquid
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tsp almond(s), chopped
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple, (canned without sugar

Bring the milk to a boil and stir in the semolina. Let it swell for about 15 minutes and then cool slightly. Combine the quark with mineral water and season with vanilla extract and sweetener. Combine the semolina with the egg, 2 teaspoons of almonds, and sweetener. Drain the pineapple slices and toss them in the semolina mixture. Heat foil in a pan and fry the pineapple slices until golden brown on both sides. Serve the semolina and pineapple with vanilla quark on plates and sprinkle with the remaining almonds. Delicious, delicious.
