Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms
- 130 ml broth
- ½ tbsp oil
- 300 g turkey schnitzel
- 1 pack of processed cheese (small corner)
- pepper
- 200 ml milk, 1.5%
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 onion(s)
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions

Cut the meat and mushrooms into strips. Dice the onion. Brown the meat in oil, then add the onion and mushrooms. Combine the broth with the milk and stir in the cream cheese. Deglaze the meat and mushrooms with the broth. Cook briefly until tender. Season to taste with pepper, mustard, and paprika.
