Oak leaf salad with strawberries in yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 100 g strawberries, fresh
  • 80 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut into the desired size. Make the dressing and season to taste. Cut the chives into small rolls. Arrange the oak leaf lettuce and strawberries in salad bowls or on plates. Pour the dressing over the strawberries and sprinkle with chives.
