Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grilled side dish

Wash and coarsely grate the zucchini, then season generously with salt and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the crème fraîche and garlic. Squeeze the zucchini dry, mix with the cream sauce, and season with pepper. Tastes wonderful with grilled meat.
