Oak leaf salad with quark dressing and pumpkin seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, cut into rolls
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Toast the sunflower seeds, if desired. Mix the ingredients together to make the dressing and season to taste. First, divide the oak leaf lettuce among plates, then pour the dressing over it. Finally, top with the sunflower seeds and spring onions.
