Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 150 ml water
- 1 pack of ready-made cream sauce mix (instant powder)
- Salt
- pepper
- chives
- some cream or sour cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
I got this recipe from my dear friend Petra
Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Dice the onions and slice the salmon. Sauté both in a little olive oil. Then deglaze with water and stir in the sauce mix. Vary the amount of water and mix depending on how thick you want the sauce. Season to taste (use only a little salt, as smoked salmon and the sauce mix are also salty, so taste it first) and add cream or sour cream depending on your mood and calorie needs. 🙂 Finally, sprinkle the chopped chives over the top, and you’re done!
