Flatbread with salmon

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 4 packs of smoked salmon (200 g each)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tsp horseradish from the tube

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the eggs hard, rinse in cold water, and peel. Combine all the ingredients for the cream and stir until creamy. Season to taste and add a little more horseradish if desired. Cut the flatbread open and spread each half generously with the cream. Then generously top with the salmon. Slice the eggs and arrange them on the salmon like a cake decoration. Finally, finely chop the herbs and use them to decorate the flatbread. Using a sharp knife, cut the bread into cake slices.
