Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 banana(s), sliced
- some butter-vanilla flavoring
- 500 ml natural yogurt (organic), possibly low-fat
- 200 ml milk, possibly low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes
Peel and slice the bananas. Add them to a blender along with all the other ingredients and blend until thick and creamy. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy! You can, of course, change the fruit according to taste and season.
