Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 m.-large banana(s), ripe
- 4 large dates, pitted
- 1 leaf sorrel, large leaf
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of clove powder
- 1 tsp, crushed powder (chlorella powder)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the bananas and place them in a blender, dividing them into chunks. Roughly chop the dates and add them to the blender along with a large, washed sorrel leaf. Add the spices and chlorella powder. Then add the almond milk and water up to the 1-liter mark. Blend for about 2 minutes at high speed. Tip: You can also make your own almond milk. It tastes even better that way, of course.
