Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 70 g oat flakes, flower-soft
  • 90 g sugar
  • 70 g dark chocolate, in pieces
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quantity is sufficient for a 500ml preserving jar

In a preserving jar, layer the sugar (mixed with salt), the finely chopped oats, the chocolate, and the whole oats in order. Seal the jar tightly. Tip: To prepare the baking mix, place all ingredients in a bowl and add 50 ml of neutral oil and one egg. Stir everything together until the batter reaches a moist consistency. Drop small heaps of dough onto the baking sheet using a teaspoon. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. If you want to vary the recipe, you can add vanilla sugar, for example, or replace the chocolate with raisins.
