Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta, e.g. Hörnli, Spirelli,…
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp clarified butter
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious single quick meal

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Heat clarified butter in a large pan. Add pasta and pine nuts and fry for about 3 minutes. Add cream cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
