Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 point sausage (poultry sausage of your choice)
  • 1 cup cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 slices of toast
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread the herb cream cheese on the two slices of toast and season with curry powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Place as much chicken sausage as you like on the toast. Finally, place the second slice of toast on top and place it in a preheated sandwich toaster (it’s important to lightly grease the toaster beforehand, e.g., with margarine) to prevent sticking. Once the sandwich is golden brown, it’s ready to serve.
