Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small chicken breasts (alternatively one large one)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia or similar)
- 2 cups rice
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- possibly paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with delicious sauce
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and fry them in a heated pan. Once the pieces are cooked, add the crème fraîche and cream cheese to the pan. The mixture will melt into a thick sauce. Season with salt, pepper, plenty of curry powder, and paprika, if desired. Serve with rice. Tip: This dish tastes delicious with finely chopped chives or spring onions.
