Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 75 g margarine
  • 40 g lentils, (lentils)
  • 80 g cucumber(s)
  • 80 g carrot(s)
  • 80 g apple
  • 20 g raisins
  • 40 g cheese (Emmental)
  • ¼ onion(s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • Cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

to prepare well

Knead all the dough ingredients together and refrigerate. Cook the lentils for about 40 minutes, grate the carrots, dice the cucumber, cheese, and apple, finely chop the onion, and chop the raisins. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the lentils along with the carrot, cucumber, apple, Emmental cheese, and raisin pieces, the mustard, and the milk, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Season with pepper and cinnamon. Roll out the dough and cut into 6 pieces. Divide the filling between each layer of dough, shape into a cone, and seal. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C fan oven) for 10-20 minutes. Serve with baked bell pepper pieces or rice.
